Product Description

The SL High-Temperature Pipe Coating can be used long-term in high-temperature aerobic environments up to 900°C. While protecting stainless steel substrates and providing oxidation resistance, it also increases the surface roughness and emissivity of the pipe exterior. Its coefficient of thermal expansion closely matches that of ceramics, helping address coating cracking, peeling, and powdering caused by differences in thermal expansion between conventional metal coatings or substrates during thermal cycling. It is particularly suitable for gas inlet pipes in high-temperature coating equipment.
