Founded on August 29, 2008, Hunan Honghui Education Development Foundation is the first 5A-rated non-public foundation in Hunan Province. Since 2013, it has maintained a full score in the Foundation Transparency Index (FTI) for 10 consecutive years and has been recognized as a National Advanced Social Organization by China’s Ministry of Civil Affairs.
Its signature public welfare program, “Dream-Building Initiative,” was selected as a case study in Philanthropy and Sustainable Development: China Action 2020, jointly published by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and China Foundation Center.
