The EMI heat-absorbing coating can be used long-term in high-temperature aerobic environments up to 1000°C, with a surface emissivity coefficient of 0.85–0.90. It can be applied to surfaces of materials such as carbon steel, iron, stainless steel, and ceramics. The coating cures rapidly after application, which is easy to apply and well suited for large-area coating. It enhances heat absorption, shortens heating time, reduces energy consumption, improves radiative heat dissipation, and lowers surface temperatures. Typical applications include energy-efficient high-temperature furnaces, thermal homogenization in industrial processes, radiation shielding in specific process environments, and surface coatings for heating element covers and shielding plates.
